Dr. Seonyoung Lee is currently working as a director of Seoul Acceptance-Commitment Therapy Center in Seoul, where she is seeing clients herself and training mental health professionals to be an ACT therapist as well. ACT is considered to be one of the 3’rd wave of behavioral therapy and it is yet in its initial stage in Korea. She has published several articles on ACT in the Journal of Psychology and also has written a book on ‘Learning ACT ‘for the first time in Korea. She served as s director of education department for The Korean Clinical Psychology Association after she completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Mindful Awareness Research Center at UCLA Medical school.
