Registration Process
Methods of Payment
Credit Card

Payment by credit card is possible only through the online registration system.

All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrants.

The actual charged amount may differ according to the exchange rate.

Bank Transfer

All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.

Please check if you have entered your email address correctly as all confirmations and letters will be communicated via emails.

A remitter’s name MUST BE SAME as the registrant’s name.

If the remitter’s name is different from the name of the registrant, please send a copy of the transfer receipt to the KCR 2021 secretariat at info@kcr2021.com. The registrant’s and remitter’s names should be stated in the email.

A confirmation of payment will be sent by the secretariat and it takes 3~5 work days.

Payment Status(Check at "My Page")

You can check the payment status of your registration on 'My page'.

Payment needed: Payment has not been made yet (registration is not finished).

Completed: Online registration and payment have been successfully completed.

For the bank transfer, it may take some time for the payment status to be updated as ‘completed’ because the secretariat has to confirm the payment.

Confirmation of Registration

An automatic confirmation email will be sent to your email after the payment is confirmed by the Secretariat.

You will be able to print an official receipt from the online registration system once your payment is completed.

Note that the receipt will be available after your payment is completed(credit card) or confirmed by the secretariat(bank transfer).

Cancellation and Refund Policy

For the cancellation, please download the cancellation form, fill out the information, and then send it to KCR 2021 secretariat via email.

All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrant.

All the valid refund will be processed within 30 days after the last day of the conference, and the cancellation charge shall be deducted from the refund amount.
